Please see below suggested last order dates for pre-Christmas delivery. These are recommended (not guaranteed). Australia Post's Express Post service covers limited areas (see Express Post next business day delivery network postcodes here). In the instance an item is not delivered as per the above postcode guidelines next business day, we will refund you the extra cost of Express Postage paid, NOT on the item/s delivered or expenses incurred due to late deliveries.

Postal, courier and shipping services are under heavy strain over Black Friday and Christmas (all of November and December). There are likely to be continuous (and worsening) shipping delays during this period. Unfortunately these delays are outside our control. Due to this orders may take an extra 1-2 weeks in transit on top of normal timelines outlined on our shipping and handling page. We cannot give any guarantees on delivery dates or timesframes as we do not own or control the postal services. We encourage customers to get orders in early to avoid disappointment.
