To submit your request, please complete the form below with your full name, email address, and order number or order reference.

Please include your order number or order reference in the message box, along with the following statement:

“I confirm that I wish to submit an EU withdrawal request for this order.”

Submitting this form confirms that you wish to make a withdrawal request. It does not mean your request has been approved.

Most Print and Proper products, including wall art prints, framed prints and canvas prints, are made to order after purchase and produced specifically for your order based on your selected artwork, size, format, finish, frame or canvas option, and any other order specifications.

Because these goods are made to order and produced to the customer’s selected specifications, they may be exempt from change-of-mind withdrawal rights. Custom-made and personalised items are also generally exempt from change-of-mind withdrawal rights.

We will review your request based on the item ordered and the applicable consumer laws. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
